Worship
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9
You know there is a time and place for everything, yet the time of worship is a continuous anthem that is constantly a part of our lives. As people, we have an opportunity to acknowledge God with our praise and make heaven rejoice. This is but a part of worship. As God inhabits the praises of His people, His spirit is poured out and made known. Lives become new. Hearts become mended. Sick are made well. Chains are broken. The Word is received and the world is changed! Worship is not a song service on Sunday but a way of life every day. Come and experience the challenge that the Spirit brings to us every Sunday and Tuesday. Come as you are, press into the supernatural and leave changed!
Worship is so simple and yet people don’t stretch their minds to understand there is so much of the Holy Spirit left open to experience. When God’s presence is lifted high, exalted and magnified; and He can’t help but pour out His love and when the Holy Spirit covers the room in such a tangible way; I mean really, that builds our personal relationshipwith our God to newer, higher levels. That’s what I want. Every time I put a guitar strap around my neck, or even just get in my car to listen to my favorite worship stuff, God has an encounter in mind. That to me - is mind-blowing and It reminds me why worship is simply just what I love to do. Over the last year I've come up with a saying.. an understanding. There is no thing inside of me, nothing I can do - that can do justice to the praise, and the glory, and the honor that God deserves.. ... But I'm gunna try.
