Prayer Ministry

…..my house will be called a house of prayer….DVWC strives to be “a house of prayer”.

Our mission statement for prayer is; to encourage all believers to know they have resurrection power, a dose of faith (mustard seed) and the Holy Spirit.  DVWC encourages people to come into the presence of God through prayer, to strengthen themselves in their relationships with each other and to be a fruit bearing individual in their community.

DVWC is a prayer saturated church, we seek God.  We want to be connected to the source The Spirit of God, because in His Spirit DVWC will flow, pouring out of the doors into the community.

Our Bible tells us to ask, to seek and knock, therefore we keep on asking, we keep on seeking and we keep on knocking.

DVWC currently has, I say currently because, I, as the prayer leader am expecting great things, for the Lord to increase our territory so that we may help others.

We currently have:

Prayer Team:  meets on Fridays and Sundays to pray for the needs of the church and for the needs of others.

Prayer Altar Team:  prays for individual needs as people come to the altar

Prayer Crisis Team: throughout the week there are urgent needs, we pray for these needs as they arise.

Prayer Phone Team: take incoming phone calls from the calls generated by the TV Ministry.

Territory Expansion:

Healing Room:  a more deep-seated group having gone through training in how to minister to the sick in body and spirit.

If God is stirring your heart to be in this ministry, please do not hesitate to contact myself or Pastor.

Blessings,

Rev. Yolanda Brick

-Prayer Request-

Every prayer request we receive, whether by phone, online, spoken, or written; is handled by our prayer ministry and in our prayer meetings. If you're request is personal and would just like for Pastor Eddy Paul to handle the prayer request, you can note it.

Prayer is indeed powerful.
