Men of DVWC
Men of DVWC - is the Men's Ministry of Deer Valley Worship Center. We are not just a group, but a movement, moving into the destiny Christ has for us. We believe by building the Man we will build the Church, that will change the city, the nation, and the world; one man at a time.
Men's Breakfast - The Men of DVWC meets roughly once a month at Deer Valley Airport Restaurant for a time of fellowship, breakfast buffet, and bible study. CJ Cowie leads these men and encourages those who are the head of the home to step up and fulfill his role in the church and in the household. We meet in the first meeting room, to the left of the dinning hall.
Men's Softball - DVWC Men participate in NECAL Softball, both the Spring Season and the Fall Season. It's an all church, competitive slow pitch league, prefect to bring out the whole family, cheer on, and get to know others at the church in a fun lively atmosphere. Last Christmas we had a bike build and a outreach give-away to some needy families. We had a great turnout and lives were touched. It was great to see each child's face as they received such a love-filled gift from the men of our church.

Male by birth, Man my choice! I chose to rise again after falling and it was the Real Men in my life that gave me a hand, wiped away the tears and dusted me off. We all need a friend and that is the purpose of the Men's Ministry of DVWC. A men's group is more than pancakes once a month. It is a movement to take our place as the priest of our homes, leaders in our Church and leaders in the workplace. If your looking to connect we are here for you. If you are dealing with a secret sin, hang up or just hurting, somebody in the group has already dealt with it and has victory. I look forward to meeting you.
