Cleansing Stream Ministries is committed to partnering with pastors and churches in teaching and training leaders and maturing believers in personal cleansing, deliverance, and spiritual warfare so they can be released to serve, minister, and disciple others in the Body of Christ.
“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2
Transformation must not be looked at as a once–in-a-life-time event but as part of the ongoing sanctification process. An individual can be instantly set free from a particular bondage by the power of God. However, he or she, while in this earthly body, is meant to continue advancing in Christ-likeness.
So how does deliverance apply to Christians? The Bible says, “Do not give the devil a foothold (a place)” (Ephesians 4:27, NIV). As Christians, it is possible to give the demonic a place in our lives. When we experience the life-changing power of salvation like the Hebrew people found out, the land—our lives—is legally ours, but it needs a bit of clearing out! The Holy Spirit, through the Word of God, opens our eyes and we can embrace truth, repent and reject the lies. Armed with His truth and authority, we can remove the enemy from our land.
I was totally blessed with the whole study of Cleansing Streams, it is an on-going way of life that being followers of Jesus, that we should continue to practice everyday. The retreat was awesome I recommend for all that want a breakthrough to a better understanding and fulfilling life in Christ Jesus to step out and do this study, and go to the retreat and be blessed in the name of Jesus. - Janene McMorris
Minutes into the first teaching, you could cut the sadness with a knife. Your heart hurt for all the ones broken in the room. The air was heavier then you could imagine with all the weight being brought to the surface. The sound of weeping tears, the smell of fear, the stench of anguish and burden was an expensive drain. Little by little through the retreat, there became tears of joy. The reliable aroma of God's presence & grace filled the room giving us the energy to dance in songs of thankful praise by the conclusion of cleansing streams. It was that Saturday that hundreds of people were set free from curses they didn't know they had. Lost were found, transformed & made beautifully new. God did an Amazing! Awesome! Since it was my third [retreat], I wasn't expecting so much more revelation of unfinished business, but I was surprised in a wonderful way. Our desire is that the local church be fully equipped to bring every believer into the freedom that Christ paid the price for them to experience and enable them to keep it.
Cleansing Stream is held every other week for 7 classes followed by a Dynamic Retreat, with a final class the folllowing week. There is a workbook cost of $35.00 per person. There are two required reading materials that total $15.
